A Fresh Look at the Real-World Challenges of Primary Care
Pri-Med Updates is designed to reflect the practitioner's patient appointment schedule. The curriculum is composed of 12 different symposia, each focused on a specific clinical condition and each presented by nationally-recognized speakers. Sessions include didactic presentations as well as interactive, case-based learning opportunities. The goal is to connect current research and leading opinion to insights you can put into practice at once, while enabling you to earn a maximum of 15 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)TM at no cost to you.
This activity is intended for primary care providers currently engaged in patient care.

Additional Opportunities
The Science & Management of Menopause: Perspectives on Hormone Therapy

This program is an opportunity to learn about menopause, associated symptoms, and hormone therapy. It was designed to educate on the following objectives:
- To discuss the physiology, prevalence, and severity of menopausal symptoms,
including vasomotor symptoms and vulvovaginal symptoms, as well as postmenopausal osteoporosis.
- To review the evidence supporting the efficacy and safety of hormone therapy in the appropriate treatment of menopausal symptoms in postmenopausal women.
- To explore techniques for counseling patients on menopause, symptoms, treatment goals, and risks associated with therapy.
This program is not planned nor is the content reviewed by the Pri-Med Institute.
