Learning Objective

Participants should be able to describe at least 2 risks for GI complications associated with use of antiplatelet agents alone and in combination with aspirin and other NSAIDs, and implement prevention and treatment strategies to minimize life-threatening GI complications from NSAIDs and antiplatelet agents.
