Pri-Med Conference & Exhibition Code of Conduct
Ensuring a comfortable and courteous learning environment for attendees and exhibitors
Pri-Med strives to create a learning environment that allows attendees to focus and engage in the presentations delivered by our expert faculty with limited distractions. We ask that all attendees adhere to the following code of conduct:
In the Exhibit Hall, the exhibiting organizations have ordered materials corresponding to the projected number of registrants for the meeting. It is requested that attendees collect only the literature and giveaways suitable for one person per exhibit booth products and services.
Only registered attendees may attend the Current Clinical Issues in Primary Care course and Symposia. Guests of a registered attendee may enter the Pri-Med Exhibit Hall, providing he/she is escorted by registered attendee while on the Exhibit Floor and wearing a Guest Badge. This badge may be obtained by visiting the Registration Area. Those under the age of 16 are not permitted in the Exhibit Hall.
Please avoid conduct not conducive to an educational atmosphere which includes, but is not limited to, interruption of presenters, the use of cellular phones and pagers during an educational session, disruptive talking, littering or vandalism, profanity/verbal abuse, and activities that endanger ones self or others (including running, kneeling/standing on chairs, etc.).
In accordance with continuing education requirements, attendees are asked to self-report the number of credit hours they earn for sessions attended at Pri-Med. We request that attendees claim only those hours for time actually spent in the educational session.
Photographic and audio/visual recording devices are not permitted in the Convention Center or the Exhibit Hall.
Fire codes enforced by the convention center prohibit additional seating or attendees in session rooms.
Symposia are ticketed events which include complimentary food and beverage. Attendance is limited and seating is reserved for ticket holders until the specified start time of the session. After this time seating may be open to on-site attendees waiting in the non-ticket holder line until maximum room attendance is reached. Admittance, including the admission of children, is at the discretion of the organizer.
Pri-Med is committed to providing our attendees with a high-quality, world-class educational experience. Please note that registration at our activities is at the discretion of the Pri-Med meeting organizers. Those individuals who are unwilling or unable to adhere to this code may be asked to withdraw their participation in these activities, which may include leaving the premises.
We appreciate your interest and support of Pri-Med!
