Pri-Med Conference & Exhibition, our flagship live continuing medical education (CME) program, is held in seven major U.S. healthcare markets. Over the course of three days, clinicians have the opportunity to earn CME credits, attend industry supported symposia, and meet with healthcare representatives spanning a variety of industries. With an exhibit hall open for more than 25 hours, Pri-Med Conference & Exhibition unites healthcare organizations with more PCPs than any other national convention.

Pri-Med Conference & Exhibition events are held in seven cities each year to reach clinicians where they live. Our research shows that 63% of clinicians prefer to travel less than 50 miles to attend a medical conference, which is why we bring our events to them. With the majority of attendees coming from a concentrated area, we are able to provide an additional opportunity for your local representatives to reach their customers and prospects.

Because of our relationship with Harvard Medical School, clinicians are drawn to our conferences and the opportunity to engage with peers and learn about the latest advancements in the medical community.  Our agenda also provides over nine hours of dedicated exhibit time across the three day event.  Harvard sessions are not held during these breaks, so exhibitors can enjoy the full attention of our attendees.  Unlike office meetings, clinicians are not distracted by patients and work during conversations with exhibitors, leaving them free to engage in quality interactions with sales representatives.

3. Results
Pri-Med attendees visit the exhibit floor to learn more about the latest products and services available to them in their practice.  By exhibiting at Pri-Med, you benefit from an active and engaged audience interested in learning about your unique product.  In fact, 91% of Pri-Med attendees educate themselves about a product or service, and 70% get detailed by a sales representative.

As a Pri-Med exhibitor, you benefit from choices.  Exhibit space starts at 100 square feet, and increases in 100 square foot increments all the way to 5,500 square feet.  Because our booths range in size, you can pick the layout that will most effectively display your product.  At only $31 per square foot, there’s an option for every budget.

Your exhibit space includes the following:
