Rick Watson has 25 years of experience leading high-performing teams in education, medical publishing, and consumer products. He joined Pri-Med in 2002 to help the company build a nationally recognized brand in continuing medical education while expanding research and analytics capabilities. For the past five years, Rick has served as Chief Marketing Officer with a focus on enhancing Pri-Med’s digital platform through live streaming programs, customization and new services, like electronic health records software. He began his career in public finance with Merrill Lynch and led brand teams at Reebok and Spalding. Rick holds a BA and MBA from Dartmouth College.
Cristina is responsible for the planning, development, and implementation of Pri-Med’s marketing and communications strategy. Her team is focused on demand generation, increasing customer engagement, building partnerships, and creating new revenue opportunities. Previously, as Director of Digital Products she worked on relaunching Pri-Med.com, expanding the product portfolio, and growing the online learning library and site conversions. Prior to joining Pri-Med in 2010, Cristina held marketing roles at IHI, a healthcare quality improvement organization, and Lycos digital media group.
Mindi manages pmiCME's CME/CE programs to ensure compliance with ACCME, AANP, AMA, and other regulatory organizations. She has 20 years of experience in accreditation and event management. Prior to joining Pri-Med, she managed accreditation and the joint providership program at the Academy for Continued Healthcare Learning. She also spent several years with the American Medical Association, managing their CME program, the National CME Task Force Conference and participated in the 2010 update of the AMA PRA Credit System. Mindi is volunteer surveyor for the ACCME, and Past President of the Illinois Alliance for CME. She received her BA from Augustana College (IL) and MBA from DePaul University.
Matt leads the team responsible for the development and delivery of multi-channel curriculum-based programs that improve clinical knowledge and support educational outcomes goals. He collaborates closely with Pri-Med’s medical team as well as potential grantors to design programs that help providers deliver better patient care. Previously, Matt held leadership positions at RxAnte, an advanced healthcare analytics and clinical services company, and Dovetail Health, a population health management organization. He holds a BS from the University of Colorado.
Shannon directs all fiscal functions, including strategizing with the senior management team to ensure optimal utilization of resources in support of the organization’s mission. Shannon’s passion is to promote a culture of high performance, continuous improvement, and commitment to quality. Prior to joining Pri-Med in 2016, Shannon had over 17 years of public accounting experience specializing in a wide industry range with a concentration in banking and finance. He holds a BS in Accounting from Husson University.
John is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and managing new business opportunities and works across the organization to plan, design, and implement innovative business initiatives. Previously, John co-founded Virtual Cove, a technology solution that deploys Immersive Data Visualization for the finance, healthcare, and defense industries. John has been involved in numerous innovative companies creating new markets and new products, including a biotech company which brought in-licensed small-molecule chemotherapy to market. John has an MBA from Columbia Business School in marketing and finance.
Allison is responsible for leading product management, new product development, and go-to-market strategy for Pri-Med’s digital programs. Allison collaborates closely with the sales, technology, and clinical teams to design engaging digital experiences that change clinical practice. Before joining Pri-Med, Allison worked in a variety of sales and marketing positions for The CM Group, PlatformQ Health, and GE/NBC Universal. She earned her bachelor’s in business from Boston College, and her MBA from the Olin School of Management at Babson College.
Marc L. Mosier, MD joined Pri-Med in 2007 to find new ways to translate evidence-based knowledge into clinical practice to improve patient health outcomes. His passion resides in establishing innovative clinical decision support systems which unite vast areas of medical knowledge with EHR informatics to deliver productive solutions at the point-of-care.
Dr. Mosier has over 25 years' experience in medicine and surgery, both as a practicing physician and lead contributor to important research/development and business efforts in such areas as clinical medicine, orthopedics, trauma and emergency medicine, drug development, biologics, and space medicine. Dr Mosier completed training in Orthopedic Trauma and Emergency Medicine and attended Texas A&M University.
Eric oversees the management of business operations, including Information Technology and Information Security. He also has overall accountability for the Project Management Office, which is responsible for program/project management, business analysis and quality assurance methodologies and practices for all of the company’s project portfolios. Eric is a senior software program and product management professional with over 20 years of experience. Prior to joining DBC Pri-Med, Eric held various positions in program management, online operations and product management at M|C Communications as well as software product marketing and management roles at Cision. He has a bachelor’s degree from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
Marlene is responsible for overseeing the Pri-Med sales and service teams. Most recently, as Vice President of Sales Operations, she was responsible for sales compensation and incentive planning, contracting, inventory management, revenue reporting, and client relationships. During her 17 years with Pri-Med, Marlene has focused on sales, sales operations, and managing the conference and exhibition business unit. She has a successful track record of driving revenue growth, managing costs, and building and managing effective teams. Marlene holds a bachelor's degree from Boston College.
Stephen is responsible for the development and delivery of the 30+ live physical conferences that Pri-Med runs across the country. This includes managing all components that drive customer solutions from online registration to our call center to client services. In addition, he works closely with educational partners to build comprehensive learning opportunities through unique learning environments that include new technologies and curriculum offerings. Stephen has over 25 years’ experience in both research and analytics and event production. Prior to joining Pri-Med, he was a Research Analyst with a focus in the telecommunications and technology industry. He has produced events for Softbank and Ziff Davis, including technology conferences at COMDEX, IBM Solutions, Microsoft Windows World Open and Windows on Healthcare. He has worked with well-known brands such as Ebay, Mercedes, Novell, AMEX, Handspring, the NYSE, the American Institute of Architects, and the Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Committee. Stephen has a BS in Marketing from Roger Williams University.
