Biography

Dr. Albers is a Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician in the Developmental Medicine Center at Children's Hospital Boston where she primarily provides ongoing care for children with developmental and/or behavioral concerns with a history of adoption and/or foster care. Her educational efforts are focused on direct training of fellows in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics as the Fellowship Director at Children's Hospital Boston; and nationally as the Chair of the AAP's Section on Adoption and Foster Care. Her research efforts are focused on the long-term developmental and behavioral concerns for children with a history of adoption.
