Dr. Harold E. Bays M.D. is Medical Director and President of Louisville Metabolic and Atherosclerosis Research Center (L-MARC) at L-MARC Research Center, Louisville, KY. Dr. Bays attended University of Louisville School of Medicine, completed a residency program at University of Louisville School of Medicine and received postgraduate training in endocrinology & metabolism at University of Louisville School of Medicine. Dr. Bays is board certified in the areas of internal medicine, endocrinology and metabolism. Dr. Bays has been published in various scientific journals, including Circulation, American Journal of Cardiology and Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism.
