Biography

Dr. Baze is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Cullen Eye Institute at Baylor College of Medicine. Dr. Baze graduated from Princeton University in 1995 with a B.A. in Molecular Biology and completed medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in 1999. Dr. Baze completed her residency training at Baylor College of Medicine in 2003 and joined the Department of Ophthalmology at Baylor as a comprehensive ophthalmologist. She currently instructs residents at the Michael E. DeBakey VA Hospital.
