Biography

Dr. Herman is Director of Clinical Services in and of Postgraduate Education in the Department of Psychiatry at the Massachusetts General Hospital and Medical Director for Partners HealthCare Employee Assistance Program. He has been on the staff of the MGH Psychopharmacology clinic since 1984 and was Director of Psychiatry Residency Training at MGH for nine years. Dr. Herman is past President of the American Association of Directors of Psychiatry Residency Training.
