Earn up to 8 CME credits by attending the first day of conference which was developed to meet the needs of clinicians on the front lines of diagnosing and managing patients with diabetes and cardiometabolic diseases. During the program, faculty will share both data from recent studies and their experience with specific cases to provide you with current information and relevant practice tools to help you improve health outcomes for your patients. The program will also include a special focus on assessing and applying culturally competent preventative, diagnostics, and treatment strategies.
