Pri-Med's goal is to encourage clinician engagement with our exhibitors.  How do we meet this goal?

  • Exhibit Hall:  Exhibit halls are strategically located in a high traffic area within each venue. This creates a seamless traffic flow from session rooms to the exhibit hall. With the use of RFID technology, Pri-Med knows that clinicians typically spend over 2 hours on the exhibit floor each day and average interactions last 8 minutes.
  • Unopposed Exhibit Hall Hours: Each day there are scheduled breaks within the curriculum; allowing clinicians time to explore the exhibit hall and meet with company representatives.  
  • Integrated Marketing Programs: The exhibit hall is promoted to prospective and registered attendees via marketing campaigns; including direct mail, email, and social media.
  • Pre-Conference Marketing: Along with your booth space, the exhibit fee includes a company listing in the onsite guide and on the Pri-Med website.
