Biography

Dr. Rupel Dedhia attended Rush Medical College in Chicago, Illinois and completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Rush University Medical Center. She has a strong interest in fostering resilience among her colleagues to help reduce physician burnout. She recently piloted a Residency Wellness Program for the Internal Medicine Residency Interns at Rush University Medical Center where she serves as co-faculty of the program. She has served as the Clinical Skills Director for Rush Medical College and most recently accepted a position as the Primary Care Clerkship Director for the third year medical students. She has presented regionally and nationally on topics ranging from clinical skills faculty development to physician wellness. She is pursuing additional training with the Center for Mind Body Medicine to foster her knowledge and experience in stress management and resiliency training.
