Biography

Dr. Gebbie is the E.S. Gill Associate Professor of Nursing, and Director, Center for Health Policy in the School of Nursing. She teaches health policy and directs a range of public health systems research with a focus on workforce and emergency preparedness. Dr. Gebbie's experience includes directing state health agencies in Oregon and Washington as well as the White House HIV/AIDS policy office.
