Claim Credits

Please follow these instructions for evaluating and claiming continuing education credit for sessions you attend at this Pri-Med meeting:

1. Scan your conference badge daily. Proceed to the Registration Area to receive your badge. You will need to scan your badge at the check-in counters outside the CME session rooms or in the Registration Area upon arrival every day at the conference to verify your attendance. On your first day of attendance, your badge printing serves as your scan for that day. Scanning your badge will allow you access to the evaluation system and to request credit.

2. Go to www.pri-med.com/east/eval to access the online session evaluation and credit request system. You can use any computer or Internet interactive device to complete the evaluation and credit request process. You have four days after the conference to complete the process - until Wednesday, December 13. Pri-Med staff can assist you with any questions and a limited number of computers will be available in the registration area each afternoon to complete your evaluations.

  • Enter your badge number and email address located on your badge for identification.
  • To evaluate each session, select the day, the session title, and then complete the evaluation.
  • Designate the type of credit you seek. Then check the box above the statement that attests to the sessions you attended.

3. Receive your credit. View and print your certificate from the evaluation website from the comfort of your own home. Your certificate will also be posted to your Pri-Med.com account the next day.

If you have questions after the meeting, call us at: 844-300-6339 (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm ET).
