Dr. Fong is an Associate Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at the Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior at UCLA. He finished his residency in adult general psychiatry in 2002 at UCLA and was the first accredited addiction psychiatry fellow at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute (2002-2004). He is the director of the UCLA Addiction Medicine Clinic, a teaching clinic that focuses on the designing treatment plans to address a variety of addictive disorders. He is also the director of the UCLA Addiction Psychiatry Fellowship, a one-year program designed to provide a leading edge clinical and research training experience. Dr. Fong was part of the UCLA Health System Smoke-Free steering committee and is part of the UC Campus Smoke-Free Taskforce.
