Biography

Dr. Haresh Boghara is a Family Medicine physician, healthcare entrepreneur, and clinical research leader with extensive experience in patient care, healthcare operations, and clinical trial execution. He is the owner and executive leader of multiple primary care and multispecialty medical practices serving patients throughout Texas and Oklahoma. He is also the Founder, President, and Principal Investigator of Epic Medical Research, a multi-site clinical research organization conducting Phase I–IV clinical trials across numerous therapeutic areas. Dr. Boghara earned his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from Baroda Medical College in Vadodara, India, completed his Family Medicine residency at Trover Health System in Madisonville, Kentucky, and subsequently earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Healthcare Management from The University of Texas. Over the course of his career, Dr. Boghara has held a variety of physician leadership and executive roles within healthcare organizations and has successfully developed and expanded medical practices and clinical research operations across multiple states. Under his leadership, Epic Medical Research has grown into a multi-site research network conducting studies for leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology sponsors. As a Principal Investigator and Sub-Investigator, Dr. Boghara has participated in hundreds of Phase I–IV clinical trials involving infectious diseases, vaccines, metabolic disorders, obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, rheumatology, neurology, respiratory diseases, Alzheimer’s disease, gout, and COVID-19 therapeutics. His experience includes evaluating novel therapies, vaccines, antiviral agents, biologics, and other innovative treatment approaches. Dr. Boghara is committed to advancing medical science through clinical research, improving patient outcomes through evidence-based medicine, and supporting physician education through the dissemination of emerging clinical data and real-world experience.
