Biography
Dr. Jessica Campos is a PGY-6 Chief Neurosurgery Resident at the University of California, Irvine. She studied Chemical Engineering at Vanderbilt University and earned her medical degree from Loyola University Chicago in her hometown. Prior to residency, she completed a postdoctoral cerebrovascular research fellowship at Johns Hopkins University and will continue her postgraduate training with an Endovascular Neurosurgery Fellowship at the University of Southern California in 2026. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Congress of Neurological Surgeons Resident Committee and as the AANS/CNS Joint Cerebrovascular Section Resident Liaison. Dr. Campos is passionate about mentoring the next generation of trainees; she serves as an active mentor and resident board member in the Women in Neurosurgery AANS/CNS Joint Section and is also a Resident Fellow for the California Association of Neurological Surgeons.
