Junaid Chowdhury is a seasoned healthcare and pharmacy executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience spanning pharmacy operations, managed markets, payer strategy, and healthcare delivery. Throughout his career, Dr. Chowdhury has held senior leadership positions at Walgreens and within the specialty pharmacy and healthcare services sectors. At Walgreens, he served as Vice President of Managed Markets and held regional executive leadership roles overseeing more than 720 pharmacies across multiple states, representing approximately $6 billion in annual revenue. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Chowdhury played a pivotal leadership role in expanding community access to vaccinations, including leading the development and execution of a large-scale, 24-hour COVID-19 vaccination operation at State Farm Stadium in Arizona. His work helped support mass immunization efforts during one of the most challenging periods in modern healthcare.
