Biography
Thomas H. Clark, MD, is a family medicine physician and a cardiometabolic kidney advisor at Ogden Clinic in Providence, Utah. He is also the founding physician and clinical lead of 2 multispecialty clinics at Ogden, the Diabetes-Cardiometabolic-Renal Clinic and the Cardiometabolic Alliance Clinic. Dr. Clark earned his medical degree at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City. He completed his internship and residency in family medicine at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, California. He is board certified in family medicine and diabetology, and holds an additional healthcare provider certification through the Cardiometabolic Health Congress. Dr. Clark is a member of the American Academy of Family Medicine and the American Diabetes Association. From 2020-2024, he was the principal investigator for a randomized, controlled study of continuous glucose monitoring in patients with diabetes after hospitalization.
