Biography

Dr. Day grew up in southern CA and trained at Stanford, UCSF, University of Pittsburgh, and Wash. U., St. Louis. He is a recipient of various awards from national orthopedic associations, the national hand society, and Harvard Medical School including: 2009 AAOS Leadership Fellows, 2010 Harvard Medical School Excellence in Mentoring Award, 2011 AOA-ABC travelling Award, 2011 ASSH Sterling Bunnell Awardee, 2013 and 2014 Boston Magazine’s Top Doctor in Hand Surgery Recognition. He was also the Director of the Orthopedic Curriculum at Harvard Medical School from 2007 until 2014.
