Dr. Hervey serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor within UCLA’s Department of Orthopaedic Surgery, where he specializes in the non-surgical care of athletes and active individuals of all ages. An expert in minimally invasive orthopaedic procedures, he utilizes advanced techniques such as ultrasound-guided and orthobiologic injections to treat sports-related injuries. His extensive clinical expertise is matched by his dedication to elite athletics, serving as a team physician for UCLA Football and Baseball following previous roles with the Los Angeles Dodgers and Lakers. Dr. Hervey’s academic journey includes a medical degree from Oregon Health & Science University, followed by residency at UCSF and a prestigious fellowship at UCLA. Beyond the clinic, he is a passionate advocate for community engagement, healthcare access, and the mentorship of future medical professionals. Drawing from his own background in competitive football and basketball, he prioritizes a collaborative, "team-based" approach to patient recovery.
