A seasoned and strategic Human Resources leader, Sharon brings over two decades of experience spanning public and private sectors, with a proven track record in talent acquisition. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition and Training Lead for the City of New Haven, she is the senior member of a high-volume recruitment operation and develops impactful training programs for one of Connecticut's largest municipalities. Her career includes senior HR roles at dynamic New York and London based companies such as Ascential, Playboy, Forbes, and Conde Nast, where she led full-spectrum HR initiatives including talent acquisition, global policy development, performance management, and culture-building efforts.
