Dr. Ishminder Kaur is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Infectious Diseases at the David Geffen School of Medicine and the Medical Director of Pediatric Antimicrobial Stewardship Program at UCLA Mattel Children's Hospital. She received her medical degree from Dayanand Medical College and Hospital in India and completed her pediatric residency and chief residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia, PA. She subsequently completed her fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Diseases at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children in Philadelphia, PA. After fellowship, she served as the Medical Director of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program and the Chair of Infection Prevention at St. Christopher's Hospital for Children and Shriners Hospital of Philadelphia before moving to UCLA.
