Biography

Wendy Keitel is an Internist with training in Infectious Diseases. She is currently an Associate Professor of Molecular Virology and Microbiology and Medicine at BCM, and the Principal Investigator of the NIH/NIAID-supported BCM Vaccine and Treatment Evaluation Unit (VTEU). The purpose of the VTEU is to address programmatic priorities in vaccine development and promising new therapies. Her major interests are vaccine development and evaluation.
