Biography

Dr. Jonette Keri is the Chief of the Dermatology Service at the Miami VA Hospital were she sees various common and uncommon skin malignancies in veterans. In addition to her practice at the VA, she is an associate professor of dermatology at the University of Miami where she sees private patients. She enjoys educating patients and the public about common skin conditions including skin cancer and acne. She has recently co-authored articles showing how better surveillance of patients has led to finding melanomas at earlier stages in VA patients and also has co-authored a recent publication showing that underserved populations continue to exist with respect to skin cancer.
