Biography

Although Dr. Kleinberg is now a practicing ophthalmologist, she started her career with a master’s degree in the Science and Medicine of Athletic Performance from the University of Oxford and has been actively involved in teaching medical students at the University of Massachusetts Medical School about diet and exercise. She has long been involved in athletics, including as a 3 time All-American wrestler in high school, a rugby player in college, and a wrestling coach in England. Now as a busy physician and mother of two young children, understanding and sharing evidence-driven efficient ways to exercise is more important than ever.
