Biography

Dr. Dennis K. Ledford is Professor of Medicine at the University of South Florida, Division of Allergy/Immunology and Director of the training program in Clinical and Laboratory Immunology and head of the section of Allergy/Immunology at University Community Hospital. Dr. Ledford attended the University of Tennessee Medical School, completed a residency program at the University of Tennessee and received postgraduate training in Allergy and Immunology at the University of South Florida and in Rheumatology at New York University. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Allergy and Immunology. Dr. Ledford has published articles in various scientific journals, including American Review of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine and Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. In addition, Dr. Ledford serves on the editorial board of Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.
