Biography

Kathleen Mullane, DO., PharmD., F.I.D.S.A., is the Director of Infectious Diseases Clinical Trials, as well as a Professor of Medicine, at The University of Chicago. Dr. Mullane attended The University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Midwestern University, Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Mullane completed a residency in clinical pharmacy at The University of Illinois, and an Internal Medicine residency at Rush Presbyterian St. Luke’s Medical Center. Dr. Mullane completed postgraduate training in Infectious Diseases at The University of Illinois/University of Chicago Combined Program and is board certified in the areas of Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. Dr. Mullane is also a Fellow of Infectious Diseases Society of America, and a Credentialed Specialist of The American Academy of HIV Medicine.
