Biography

Dr. Mullan is a Professor of Pediatrics and Public Health at the George Washington University School of Medicine and a pediatrician at the Upper Cardozo Community Health Center. He is the author of the recently-published book, Big Doctoring in America: Profiles in Primary Care, and is a contributing editor of the health policy journal, Health Affairs. Dr. Mullan previously served as the Director of the Bureau of Health Professions in the U.S. Public Health Service.
