Biography

Dr. Aurelia Nattiv is a Professor in the Departments of Family Medicine and Orthopaedic Surgery at UCLA, Division of Sports Medicine and Non-Operative Orthopaedics. She is the Director of the Bone Health Practice through the UCLA Orthoapaedic Institute and former Director of the UCLA Osteoporosis and Metabolic Bone Disease Center for over 20 years at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. Her research and clinical practice is in the area of bone health and osteoporosis in girls and women of all ages, as well as in the area of stress fractures, bone stress injury and the female athlete triad. Dr. Nattiv is also an Associate Team Physician for UCLA Athletics.
