Biography

Dr. Netscher is the Program Director of Baylor Hand Surgery Fellowship. He has special interests in hand and microsurgery, particularly pediatric and congenital surgery. Dr. Netscher's has research interests in clinical outcomes of congenital hand problems. Dr. Netscher is Deputy Editor for the Journal of Hand Surgery.
