Biography

Saundra Nguyen is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Baylor College of Medicine. She received her undergraduate degree in Public Health at the University of Texas at Austin and her MD/MPH at University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She completed her internship, residency, and chief residency at the University of California in San Francisco in the San Francisco General Primary Care Program where she cultivated an interest in Women’s Health with rotations at the Women Health’s Center and reproductive health care clinics. She currently practices at the Baylor McNair Internal Medicine Clinic as a primary care provider with an interest in women’s health and obesity medicine and continues to be involved in medical education in the residency program and medical school.
