Biography
Robert Rushakoff M.D. is Clinical Professor of Medicine at University of California San Francisco, Medical Director, Inpatient Diabetes at UCSF and Director, Clinical Diabetes at UCSF/Mt. Zion Medical Center. Dr. Rushakoff received a B.A. from UC Berkeley and M.S. from the Medical College of Wisconsin. Dr. Rushakoff attended the Medical College of Wisconsin, completed a residency program at Mt. Zion Hospital and Medical Center and received postgraduate training in Endocrinology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Dr. Rushakoff is board certified in the areas of Endocrinology and Metabolism and Internal Medicine. Dr. Rushakoff has been published in various scientific journals, including JAMA, Endocrine Practice and Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism. Dr. Rushakoff is also a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Rushakoff is an award recipient of the "Golden Bagel Award" for outstanding teacher - Mount Zion Medical Center of UCSF.
