Operations Director for Palliative Medicine Baptist Health Systems Memphis, TN Dr. Brett Snodgrass is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 28 years of nursing experience and 18 years as an NP. Her clinical background spans family practice, urgent care, emergency departments, administration, chronic pain, and palliative medicine. She currently serves as the Operations Director for Palliative Medicine at Baptist Health Systems in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Snodgrass is a Fellow of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and an Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. A nationally recognized speaker and educator, Dr. Snodgrass is a leading expert in chronic pain, having spent more than two decades caring for patients with complex pain and palliative needs. She is the 2025 podcast host for the Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA).
