Biography

Dr. Tolchin is the Chief of PM&R at the Miami VA Healthcare System. In addition, he is a Voluntary Clinical Assistant Professor of Physical Med. & Rehabilitation at the University of Miami, Miller School of Medicine and an Associate Residency Director of the PM&R residency along with Associate Professor of PM&R at Nova SE University College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is board certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, Pain Medicine, and Spinal Cord Injury and the recent president of the Florida Academy of Pain Medicine. His area of interest is Low Back Pain.
