Biography

Dr. Valerie Wong is a board-certified geriatrician practicing as a clinical educator at UCLA Health and David Geffen School of Medicine. Her clinical expertise includes evaluation and management of common geriatric syndromes including dementia, falls, polypharmacy, incontinence, and depression/anxiety. She participated in the extensivist program at UCLA health (medical home for super high utilizers of the health system) for the first few years of her clinical practice as the only geriatric extensivist and has since transitioned to providing outpatient geriatric primary care in the community.
