Biography

Mark Yurkofsky is chief of the Harvard Vanguard Medical Associates Extended Care Facilities and Palliative Medicine Programs. He is board certified in geriatrics as well as palliative and hospice medicine. Dr. Yurkofsky practices at the Boston Center for Rehabilitative and Subacute Care where he is also the medical director. He is an Instructor of Medicine at HMS
