This talk introduces the Well-Being 2.0 framework and its components to create a thriving workplace grounded in intrinsic motivation. Participants will be empowered to understand the current state of well-being at their organization and identify actionable steps within their professional scope that can be taken toward aligning with national best practices for organizational well-being.
