Improving Men’s Health: Brace for Impact Areas
Men face a unique set of health challenges. With an average lifespan of seven years less than women and leading women in 14 out of the 15 leading causes of death in the US, comprehensive and preventive care for men is essential. Experts with Cleveland-based University Hospitals Cutler Center for Men are on a mission to re-write the men’s health narrative through the establishment of all men with a passionate primary care provider. Help drive the men’s health movement with this curriculum to engage and better serve male-identifying patients.
Faculty will discuss areas with the opportunity for true impact in men’s health: the transition of individuals from pediatric to primary adult care and the treatment and maintenance of mental health. These aspects of care are often overlooked for men – labeled unimportant by individuals and society – but our experts are here to tell you they are key to unlocking optimal male health and wellness. Tune in to make a real difference for your male patient population.

Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
