Overview

Over the past decade, burnout has become a widely acknowledged issue amongst the physician workforce. Despite this recognition, institutions still struggle with how to address it in an effective way. We’ll discuss interventions to date, what has been successful and what hasn’t, and opportunities to make meaningful change.
