It’s no secret that lifestyle, including diet, physical activity, and stress management, is a critical aspect of our health. But sometimes adopting a healthy lifestyle is much easier said than done. This presentation will consider the benefits of lifestyle approaches within a whole person health framework, and highlight the evidence on innovative integrative and mind-body approaches that can support healthy lifestyle behavior change in chronic disease.
