This highly participatory session brings together peers to share clinical experience and insights on the care and treatment for patients with Alzheimer's Disease. Through open dialogue, you will explore opportunities to collaborate, improve patient care, and address gaps in the patient practice setting. There will be a specific discussion on current tools that are available from professional societies: what do you like, what else would you like to see, in what format, etc.
