Overview

Health and well-being – physical, emotional, and psychological – is something we all want in our lives. While it is important to treat chronic diseases when they occur, it is equally important to understand how to help our patients avoid chronic disease for as long as possible. How do we as clinicians help our patients achieve and sustain optimal health and well-being? This lecture will review the evidence on the effect of physical activity, food choices, sleep and stress on health and well-being.
