Biography

Dr. Carbone graduated from National University of Cuyo (Mendoza, Argentina), in 2002. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency at North Shore Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New York. Dr. Carbone did his Clinical Research in PMR/GCA at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY. He completed his Rheumatology Fellowship at the University of Vermont, and after was a rheumatology consultant and Clinical Instructor of Medicine at Columbia University. Dr. Carbone worked for the PACT team at the Bronx VA Hospital, where he worked as a rheumatologist and also a primary care physician. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine for the Division of Rheumatology at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.
