Biography

Dr. Diamant currently serves as the Director of the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Scripps Clinic and Green Hospital in La Jolla, and is the Executive Vice President of Scripps Clinic Medical Group where he is also an attending physician in Internal Medicine and Consultative Practice. He is a voluntary Associate Clinical Professor in the Department of Medicine at UCSD. Dr. Diamant received his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria and completed his residency in internal medicine at Scripps Clinic and Green Hospital where he was chief resident. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Scripps Clinic Medical Group and is a Fellow of the Southern California Chapter of the American College of Physicians. Dr. Diamant has received multiple recognitions as one of San Diego’s Best Doctors and has also been noted among America’s Best Doctors.
