Biography

Dr. Barbara Giesser has specialized in the care of persons with MS since 1982. She is currently the Clinical Director of the UCLA MS program, which receives referrals from local, regional ,national and international venues. In addition to patient care,Dr. Giesser has participated in numerous clinical trials, conducted research involving exercise in persons with MS, and lectures frequently at professional confernces. She is also an award winning educator, who has authored both professional and lay educational materials for organizations such as the National MS Society, and the American Academy of Neurology.
