Biography

Dr. Michael Ziffra is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychiatry at the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. He has been a clinician-educator in the department since 2006. Dr. Ziffra’s clinical interests include anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and ADHD. He also has particular interest in the management of psychiatric disorders in patients with comorbid medical illness, as well as the management of psychiatric disorders in primary care settings. Dr. Ziffra is actively involved as a teacher and supervisor in Northwestern’s psychiatry residency program. He is a 2002 graduate of the Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine and a 2006 graduate of the Harvard Longwood Psychiatry Residency Training Program.
