Biography

Ildiko Agoston, MD, Assistant Professor of Medicine, Baylor College of Medicine, graduated from Semmelweis University of Medicine, Hungary, and completed her residency with the Graduate Hospital affiliated with MCP Hahnemann University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Then she did a cardiology research fellowship with Baylor College of Medicine, a Cardiology clinical fellowship with The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, and Cardiac MRI training with Duke University. Dr. Agoston is board certified in internal medicine and cardiovascular disease. Her clinical interests include echocardiography, general cardiology, preventive cardiology, nuclear cardiology, and cardiac MRI.
