Biography

Dr. Douglas L. Cunningham is a Board-certified Family Physician from Phoenix, AZ. He completed his undergraduate at Loma Linda University, Riverside and received his Doctor of Osteopathy from the University of Health Sciences, Kansas City, followed by an Internship and Family Practice Residency at Phoenix General Hospital. Additionally, Dr. Cunningham is board certified by the American Academy of HIV Medicine. Dr. Cunningham currently practices primary and preventative healthcare with a focus on HIV and HIV clinical research. He currently lectures extensively on HIV both nationally and internationally. For the past 15 years, he has been providing care targeted at the specific medical and emotional needs of HIVā€positive patients. Dr. Cunningham is an associate professor at Midwestern University in Phoenix, Arizona and lectures frequently at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona. Dr. Cunningham also serves as a board member on the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners in Medicine and Surgery.
