Biography
Dr. Renee Eger serves as the Medical Director of both the Obstetrics and Gynecology Care Center and the Midlife Care Center at Women & Infants Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island. She earned her undergraduate degree from Brown University and her medical degree from Tufts University, completing her ObGyn residency at Women & Infants Hospital. Prior to her current roles, Dr. Eger was the managing partner of a large ObGyn group in Providence. Since 2013, she has led the Obstetrics and Gynecology Care Center, bringing a wealth of clinical and leadership experience. A Menopause Society Certified Practitioner, Dr. Eger is deeply committed to advancing the care of midlife women. She specializes in evidence-based treatment for perimenopausal and menopausal patients. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, she is actively involved in medical education, teaching Brown University ObGyn residents, medical students, and Women’s Behavioral Health fellows.
